The purchased product can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund and return, the purchased product must meet the following conditions:

• Correct Product: A product, brand, article number, or barcode should match. MRP tags should not be detached and damaged.
• Unused Product: You can only return something that hasn't been used, washed, soiled, or has a scent.
• Complete Product: If an add-on or combo comes with the purchased product, all the products must be returned.
• Undamaged Product: It will only be possible to return an undamaged product without holes or tears.
• MRP Tag: It is important that the tags remain intact with the product.
• Refunds will only be initiated after receiving the product and conducting a quality check.
• It is not possible to refund any promotional voucher used (Gift, Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher).
• If the product you bought fails the quality check, you won't get your money back.
• We do not accept mask returns due to safety and hygiene reasons.
• When the customer uses a courier service to send the product, the maximum refund amount will be INR 100.
• After verifying all the order, product, and customer details, we initiate the refund. Verification of all the details may take up to 14 working days.
• Refunds, exchanges, and returns are not permitted for international orders.

Exchange

Whenever the size of your purchased item does not match your measurements or your order is only for one item, you may exchange it. We will refund your money if the desired item or size is not available.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel, please call us at +91-9148268919 or write to us at immicroenterprises@gmail.com. We allow cancellations only if the product has not been shipped. Our usual shipping time is 24 hours.

Returning the product

If you would like to exchange or return a product, we typically arrange a reverse pickup. The customer must, however, properly package and ship the product back to us if the reverse pickup courier service is unavailable.
